Magnetic Drilling

Trivium Contracting & Shade Sails offers specialty magnetic drilling services using our state of the art Euroboor TUBE.55S+/T magnetic core drilling machine. This machine is especially designed to be used on tubes and pipes, but we can use it on flat magnetic surfaces as well. Due to the incredibly strong grip of the magnet, the TUBE55S+/T is suited for both drilling and tapping in flat and pipe material (even on steel as thin as 3 mm). The TUBE.55S+/T cuts holes up to Ø55mm. Because of its pivoting magnet, this machine can be effortlessly used on tube material with a diameter of 80 mm and larger. When the GYRO-TEC sensor detects any excessive vibrations or sudden displacement it will automatically shut off the machine to protect your project from being damaged.
