How to Get an Estimate
To provide you with an accurate estimate for your shade sail installation, we ask that you send the following:
Your approximate location (city and general area).
Project details – including the number of sails, their approximate size and shape, and any specific design considerations.
Photographs – ground-level images taken from all four directions of the install site.
Please send this information via email to stephen@triviumcontracting.com.
If a site visit is preferred, we offer on-site consultations starting at $250, which includes a preliminary design and review of installation options.
Commercial-Grade Materials & Pricing
We use only top-tier shade sail materials and engineered components suitable for commercial and high-performance residential applications. Pricing reflects the quality, durability, and longevity of our products.
Shade Sail Pricing
Prices include the shade sail and standard tensioning hardware. Freight, installation and GST are additional.
Fabric Descriptions:
Shadetec 320 – Up to 97% shade, 91–95% UV block, 13-year warranty.
ExtraBloc 330 – Premium flame-retardant fabric, 75–98% shade, 90–98% UV block, 10-year warranty.
Monotec 370 – Premium long-life fabric, 71–88% shade, 84–88% UV block, 15-year warranty.
Structural Steel Post Pricing
Includes excavation, fabrication, powder coating, concrete, transport, and installation.
Posts are available in 8 to 12 feet above-ground lengths. Additional length is available at an added cost.
Additional Information
Site Visit Fee: $250 (includes consultation and design review)
Custom Designs: Depending on scope and complexity, additional charges may apply
Materials & Installation: All components are selected for maximum durability and weather resistance, meeting commercial standards
